In most cases when a customer data is not found we advise the client to report this issue to their administrator, if further assistance is needed contact Bsystems. However, if it is an ID card that was recently issued and you can check this by referring to the registration date on the card. It is possible the customers’ data has not been loaded into the system as data on new card issuance is loaded periodically into the database.
Discrepancies in the polling station numbers are most likely attributed to the fact that the Electoral Commission has divided some polling stations due to large number of people at that polling center. This has resulted in the polling station number on the voter ID issued at time of registration to differ from what is displayed by GVIVE. In this scenario, a customer may have a voter ID card with a polling station number C080401 but when this card is verified the polling station number might be C080401A or C080401B or C080401C (the alphabets suffixed indicates that this particular polling center has been sub-divided into three or more centers).
If you are interested in finding out who was responsible for a particular ID card verified, kindly inform your branch administrator or institution administrator. The administrator can print a report on verified IDs.
